Paper Bag Shoes
After doing my paper bag hat for the Wearable Art Fashion Show in 2020, I decided to keep up my theme of upcycling used paper bag materials for the next POTA art event. They wanted to decorate a Christmas tree with art shoes ornaments!
Unfortunately, these are the only pictures I have of it as it is out of my possession and currently for sale at a local Artist Gift Shop within the Anchor Inn in Campbell River, B.C.
Next I have a second paper bag shoe born out of a request to make another. I wasn't planning on doing another but then I had a sudden idea about how to start the sole so I went with it. It reminds me of that Brand New Rollerskate song from Melanie.
